At ArtEasts, we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations in quality, authenticity, and presentation. Each artwork is carefully curated, inspected, and packaged before dispatch.
1) No Direct Exchange Policy
ArtEasts does not support direct exchanges. This ensures transparency, traceability, and fairness—especially because many artworks are unique, handcrafted, and individually catalogued.
- Initiate a return for the product you received.
- Once processed, place a new order for the desired item.
2) Exchange via Return & Reorder
- Log in to your account on www.arteasts.com.
- Go to My Orders and locate the specific order.
- Click the “Return” button and follow the guided instructions.
- Upload required images/details if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Our support team will review your request and inform you of next steps.
After we receive the product, our quality team will verify it per our Return & Refund Policy.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
After your refund is credited to your original payment method, place a new order for the desired item through our website.
3) Important Points
- This flow applies only when a wrong or damaged item is received.
- Custom-made, commissioned, or digital artworks are not eligible for return or exchange.
- The new order is a fresh transaction and will be shipped independently.
- All returns/reorders depend on product availability at the time of request.
- Refunds from returned items cannot be directly adjusted against the new order; the standard refund process applies.
