Return & Refund Policy

At ArtEasts, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Each artwork is thoroughly inspected, securely packaged, and shipped with attention to quality and authenticity.

In the rare event that you receive a wrong product or a physically damaged item, we offer a smooth return and refund process as outlined below.

1) Eligibility for Return

  • You have received an incorrect product (different from the one ordered).
  • The product is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

Please note:

  • The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags, certificates, and invoices.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in handmade artworks and will not be considered valid reasons for return.

2) Return Process

  1. Log in to your account on www.arteasts.com.
  2. Go to My Orders and select the specific order.
  3. Click on the “Return” button available under the respective order item.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and upload any required details or photos of the issue.
  5. Once submitted, our support team will review your request and update you on the next steps via email or SMS.
Tip: Keep the original packaging until your return is picked up and verified. Courier damage claims may require photos of the packaging and product.

3) Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours of return acceptance.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase (such as card, UPI, or bank transfer).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
