Welcome to ArtEasts (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website www.arteasts.com or any of our services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use our Platform.
1) Overview
ArtEasts is an online art marketplace operated by Futuregenic Management Services, enabling users to browse, purchase, and sell original artworks and related products. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any content, features, or services provided through it.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
3) Account Registration
To place an order or register as an artist, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. ArtEasts reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
4) Product Listings & Descriptions
Artworks listed on ArtEasts are provided by independent artists or their authorized representatives. We make every effort to display product details, images, and pricing accurately; however, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting or device screens. ArtEasts does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Platform are error-free.
5) Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes.
- Payments can be made through approved gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers).
- ArtEasts may update or revise pricing without prior notice.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and verification.
6) Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation and shipped through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery times may vary by location. Details are available in our Shipping Policy.
7) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only for wrong or physically damaged products within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours after return approval.
- No direct exchanges — customers must return and reorder the desired item.

8) Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. See our Cancellation Policy for more information.
9) Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform—including text, images, graphics, designs, logos, and software—is the property of ArtEasts or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Artists retain full ownership and copyright of their respective artworks unless otherwise stated.
10) User Conduct
By using our Platform, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe upon others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Post or share harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with Platform security.
ArtEasts reserves the right to take action, including account suspension or legal proceedings, for any violations.
11) Limitation of Liability
ArtEasts acts only as an intermediary between artists and buyers. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or products purchased. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArtEasts, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
13) Third-Party Links
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for your convenience, and ArtEasts does not control or endorse them. Accessing such websites is at your own risk.
14) Termination
ArtEasts may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if it believes you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
15) Modifications
ArtEasts reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
16) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
