Shipping Policy

At ArtEasts, we aim to deliver every artwork securely and promptly, ensuring that each product reaches our customers in perfect condition. We work closely with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable and efficient delivery across India and selected international locations.


1) Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation. In rare cases, additional processing time may be required due to product-specific handling, artist availability, or packaging requirements.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2) Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time varies based on your location and courier partner’s service availability.

  • Metro Cities: 3-7 business days
  • Other Regions: 5-10 business days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 14 business days

You will receive a shipment tracking ID and link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched. Please note that these timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or public holidays.

3) Packaging & Handling

Each artwork is packaged with the utmost care to prevent damage during transit. We use eco-friendly and durable materials wherever possible to ensure both sustainability and safety.

  • Fragile items such as paintings, sculptures, or glass-framed artworks receive additional protective packaging.

4) Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on most products within India unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • For certain large or high-value artworks, nominal shipping charges may apply depending on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and product type.

5) Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Customers can track their orders in real time using the tracking link provided after dispatch.

  • Once the order is delivered, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to the registered contact details.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt delivery again or contact you directly.

6) Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

In cases where a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, repeated failed attempts, or customer unavailability, the product may be returned to our warehouse.

Re-shipping may incur additional delivery charges, which will be communicated before re-dispatch.

7) Damaged Packages

If the package appears physically damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately at support@arteasts.com. You may also raise a return request through your ArtEasts account as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8) International Shipping

  • International deliveries are currently available for selected artworks and destinations.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) must be borne by the customer as per the destination country’s regulations.
  • Delivery timelines for international orders vary between 10–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and local logistics.
